Making a deposit for your procedure:

• $80 to $100

• Necessary as the procedure is a very costly process on our side, and we depend on predictability of appointments vs. last minute cancellations.

• Helps us with appointment planning as it costs us money each month regardless if we do a certain number of procedures or not.

• Goes towards your procedure.

• Are non-refundable due to the time set aside and cost of supplies ordered for each procedure.

Your deposit is considered used if:

• If you decided not to get the procedure (supplies are ordered based on up-coming appointments).

• No 48 hours advance notice of cancelling or rescheduling before appointment.*

• Upon second cancellation (even with prior notice).**

• If 20 minutes or over late for appointment with no phone call it counts as a “no-show”.

• Even with a call over 30 minutes late it is up to discretion of the specialist if he/she must re-schedule.

• After a period of 90 days from the time of making the payment if you haven’t contacted the specialist to make arrangements to start the process of receiving your procedure.

Very, very rarely:

• Your specialist may have to reschedule for another day or push back an appointment by an hour or more, and will let you know ASAP. The payment again is to solely cover the appointment and therefore even a case like that is still non-refundable, but the specialist will make sure your down-payment remains intact. Also, please make sure your day is completely clear for your procedure as things can run longer than expected from time to time.

*Special Cases Do Apply. **Even with special cases, two cancellations absolutely result in expended deposit.
